Strut Bearing

Strut Bearing

The strut bearing sits at the top of the strut assembly and allows the strut to rotate when you turn the steering wheel. If it wears out, you may hear creaking or popping sounds when turning, or feel rough steering. Replacing the strut bearing is usually done with the strut itself to restore smooth steering and suspension operation.
