Clutch Slave Cylinder

The clutch slave cylinder is part of a hydraulic system that helps disengage the clutch when you press the pedal. It receives pressure from the master cylinder and pushes on the clutch fork or bearing. If the slave cylinder leaks or fails, you might notice trouble shifting gears, a soft clutch pedal, or fluid under the car. Replacing it often requires bleeding the hydraulic system to restore proper pressure.
