Oil Pan

Oil Pan

The oil pan is located at the bottom of the engine and holds the engine oil. It’s sealed to the engine block and can be damaged by road debris, speed bumps, or corrosion. If the pan cracks or its gasket leaks, you’ll see oil on the ground and may notice low oil levels. Replacing or resealing the oil pan is necessary to keep the engine properly lubricated.
